The Company At Thal, we build and qualify injection molds for the plastics industry. Injection molders have a hard time finding reliable moldmakers. They feel frantic when their molds malfunction. We believe injection molders deserve molds that work and understand the frustration of finding a moldmaker they can trust. Since 1980, we have made top-quality molds for some of the world’s largest medical device brands. The Opportunity As the Marketing Intern, you will develop and execute the content marketing strategy to increase the generation of sales leads within our target market. You will increase our brand awareness by creating and distributing content across our marketing platforms. Responsibilities / Essential Functions: § Interview moldmakers, engineers, and manufacturers on Heuristics § Write weekly educational moldmaking articles § Write in-depth white papers § Create marketing collateral for customers Minimum Qualifications / Skills § Writing compelling copy that connects with readers § In touch with social media vehicles and trends § Strong organizational and time management skills § Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities § Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment § Self-motivated and the ability to work independently Highly Desirable § Working toward degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related § Interest in engineering, manufacturing, and technology
